During each session with your family, I will curate a menu based around the needs of your family and postpartum recovery. I will focus on foods that are warming, grounding, hydrating and easy to digest as you heal. Especially in the first two weeks postpartum, warm, soft foods will be featured with more texture and variety added as we go! I will always work with you to add in foods that you’re craving!
